Terrible with communication. You can expect to have to call them back to see if you were approved. Typically the answer will be not approved. I had to call them back two days later. They have no problem calling you back or giving you an answer upfront if everything looks good, such as credit, income, collateral and it must be less than 10 years old and under 150,000 miles , Which they don’t tell you upfront.
