dr. Lee is a very competent and concerned eye doctor with a great sense of humor.
This is a great eye care facility. Suberb doctors, outstanding care. BUT, the reception area could use an overhaul, new staff or professional training. They were rude, unprofessional, and had lousy attitudes. Being this is the 1st contact with patience, either in-person, or on the phone, this will turn away a lot of people. I had an emergency and they acted like they did me a favor.... and it was inconvenient. Will be looking for another practice.

I received a bill dated 4/1/2020 for visits that happened 2 YEARS ago (4/2018 5/2018). I already paid these, why now all of a sudden come April 2020 during a pandemic, I'm getting billed again two years later?? I tried calling the offices located in Bristol and Langhorne, and they are closed due to the Covid response. How could you still bill me but yet be closed? This is completely unacceptable. I would like a response, since you're able to still bill your patients during this time.
