I drive from DeKalb to see Dr. Carlson and Irene the hygienist. Great office, my only issue is the front staff does NOT keep you informed of wait times. Twice now I have been there and four people sign in after me and all four get taken in before me and no update or information from the reception. Please tell your patients when there is a wait time or what the delay is in their appointment times..
