If I could give Rhodes Ranch zero stars, I would. Actually, I would actually give it negative 3 stars. The “security” patrol are like militant monsters who prey on those that they deem less than worthy. The slightest infraction will get you a violation. Rocks not perfect? Violation. Pine needles in your yard? Violation. Dead palm leaves? Violation. Yes. These are literally all violations. The security there is a joke they think they are an army protecting an army base. The gate on the east won’t let any delivery driver go in because it’s for resident only. Drivers were forced to drive around the community to the west gate which is stupid if you ask me.
