Buyer beware! I am Ramon Alvarez's agent. The lenders they use were unresponsive, unprofessional, subpar, to say the least. We took a qualified buyer with a large downpayment to the community. In order to receive incentives from Century my buyers agreed to use Century's preferred lender. It was 5 days before the sale of their current home and 6 days from the date they were supposed to get the keys to their new home.
