I put $1000 down payment on a used vehicle to hold while it was being fixed for a check engine light. A week later I was told that a part that had been supposedly ordered to fix the check engine light had not been ordered. BEWARE of Austin. He's deceptive and a scumbag. He screwed us and then called my wife a liar. We have text transcripts of the conversation yet the spineless owner chose his side. Now we have a damaged car and no recourse.

We had a very difficult experience with Century Automotive. I traveled to Huntsville to purchase a 2011 Sequoia, a purchase that I had hoped would cover me and my family of six for 8-10 years. The salesman assured my wife over the phone that it passed a 100 point inspection. He assured the same thing to me on my test drive. I paid $27,500 for the vehicle. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THERE NO HAGGLE PRICE IS 3500.00 OVER KELLY BLUE BOOKS PRICE!!!! FOR A 12 YR OLD TRUCK WITH 135,000 MILES....PLUS A DEALER FEE.. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS . I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND THEY WANT TO MAKE A PROFIT BUT THESE GUYS WANT TO LEAVE YOU BROKE AND DONT CARE!
