If there is an option for less than one star, I would rate them less than one star. This dealership refused to return the deposit, $500, I made while waiting for them finishing things on the car.Shawn, the manager or the owner, verbally cancelled the sale, when he didn’t get his way, by saying he would mail a check for the deposit. I called them directly and asked about the price and if there are any after market costs. He said no, so that was nice. I was going to schedule a time for a test drive, but he had sent the car into the dealership to get a factory recall fixed. We ended up buying another car that day. But I felt comfortable with them and appreciated his honesty.
Good communication! Actually it was my mistake to contact the dealer but they responded very quickly and that was it after I explained my error in contacting them.
