Prompt communications, excellent selection of good value used EVs and other vehicles, very accommodating service, recommending Century Auto to everyone that's inquired about the vehicle. I Would recommend non-chemical detailing (steam) to keep interior hospitable. Additional Information for new to brand/model.
The sales process was good and quick. I bought a Tesla Model 3, and all sorts of issues have now come up. The tire sensor had an issue when I left, and I was told it would reset after a while. The seat sensor has an issue, causing an issue with the door not always locking. The biggest issue is that battery capacity is a joke, and I'm lucky I get 150 of the 324. Although the battery is under warranty, Tesla won't do anything. The test drive never showed the last two issues, and now I feel I got a lemon.

Wasted my time. Lied on the phone. Double booked the same appointment Drove in from Modesto. Called in to make an appointment the same day. Just for them to to claim that car was sold and they only had more expensive models. They’re just swindling to get people in the door and upsell
