One of their drivers caused an accident last week, and when confronted flipped the driver off when he tried to get him to pull over and take responsibility for the accident . Called Century A/C and talked to Rick Allen who was rude and couldn’t care less what happened . The marketing team also said they would contact me and never did . One of their drivers driving a box truck caused an accident yesterday....ran from the scene...and when someone tried to stop him he flipped off the person trying to stop him did a u-turn in the middle of the road and sped off at high speed .... this is a real fine representation of your company..... and when we called to discuss the matter with Rick Allen who was supposedly over the drivers he basically gave a BS statement and blew the whole issue off....thanks for being concerned for the average citizen driving around I wil... read more
