If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’m moving to San Diego and Ron Russell was unable to set up a listing with OVER a month notice on 2 occasions. He repeatedly was rude and unprofessional. He actually told ME to set up the viewings. What is your actual job then if I’m doing the work for you? I recommend finding ANYONE else because this guy is the single worst real estate agent I have ever worked with. Final note, he hung up the phone on me after telling me to find my own viewings. Very classy.
Skip is not qualified or professional to be in business!! He never calls back when you leave messages...he charged my friend for a mistake HE made on their income tax and caused them to be late getting it in on time! He has been ignoring their phone calls and not being decent enough to pay them back and make things right. I would never recommend a person like this to my family or friends!
Need more stars for this one! This is an awesome place to list real estate in order to maximise exposure to potential buyers. I have nothing but good things to say, they worked hard and sold I my home much more quickly than expected (for a nice amount too!). Ron was very responsive and took the time to explain the process from start to finish. I will be sure to answer questions posted on Google about my experience selling my home with Century 21 United Brokers for any Google Maps user that needs more information.
