I would strongly discourage doing business with Century 21 or any of their agents. In our only transaction with them, the broker (Vicki Monteagudo) as well as our agent and the seller's agents (Kelley Gravenslund and Matt Cronrath) were all found guilty of ethics violations. Be aware that all of their agent reviews on their Website are curated and only those they allow may be posted.
We worked with Demarae Martinez and she is amazing! She is super sweet and very hard working. I highly recommend her!
These guys promise to pay for your move if you go through them and then back out a few days before you need to move. Their reason was because they didn't make enough off of us. Our realtors communication also sucked and he allowed our seller to stay in the house we purchased almost 12 hours after he was legally obligated to leave. Beware!!!!!
