When $30,000+ of sewage damages occurred to my 1st time home bought in Richland, Vicki Monteagudo (C21 Tri Cities branch owner) was invited to my house because she offered to help. She came to my house ONLY to assess for damages—to report to her Corporate lawyers. She never helped, and ignored me after then. She lied. Her and her minion, Kelly. Century 21 will do whatever it takes to get you into your lemon—do NOT trust this company. They will not walk, but RUN away from you. Their pre-qualified inspections are a scam.

Amanda Hein is knowledgable, organized, and wonderfully supportive through the whole home selling process. She was always available to answer questions, and was a pleasure to work with. At first Melissa and Mike were very kind and helpful, but later they did not communicate well. I asked multiple times when the deadlines were and Melissa would say things like “sooner the better.” That could be true, but as a first time home buyer, she did not explain the process well.
