Renting with Century 21 Top Producers means living in a run down property that’s literally falling apart. They’re slum lords. They will happily collect your money, but refuse to do ANY maintenance on the property. Mold, cracked and peeling walls, ceilings leaking water and crumbling, doors falling off, threadbare, dirty carpets, holes in the walls, appliances not working, outlets not working, outlets oozing brown liquid, fixtures falling off, dangerous, unsafe wiring that poses a legitimate hazard and fire risk. RONALD CLARK is the rudest human being We have EVER had the displeasure of associating with. Our insurance company (USAA) has even Informed us that they will no longer be corresponding with him or associating with him in any manner of communication. Rude rude man!!!
I have been renting from this company for 5 years!!! The "landlords" they represent are ridiculous, do not fix the property in any way shape or form. They are allowed to "hire" their own handyman, which is always people from their church or personal lives that have no clue what they are doing, the handy people come out drunk or high. ***MILITARY-STAY AWAY*** As a military member you will not be valued, and your circumstances will not be taken into account. Reading through the reviews of this company and their agents says it all. We had a similar experience, where we, a family of six, were locked into a home, only to have it pulled out from under us as we were probably used as leverage for another renter. We rented a property with Ron Clark as our property manager from this company. He lied to us from the first day saying that we could have our cat without having to pay a fee and then hitting us with a fee two months after we moved in. We lived in the property for three years until right after Covid, and paid on time every month. he refused to renew my lease and left my disabled husband and I trying desperately to find a handicapped accessible place, and when we couldn’t find one fast enough started eviction procedures.Once w... read more
