Do not use this team, my experience with them was the worst thing I have ever been forced to pay for. I listed my house with them in mid january 2022, It did not get listed on the MLS until mid-late february. At the time I had tenants in my house which before I signed the contract with them I was told they had ideas on how to get them to move out. I can’t say enough good things about Sean Holmes and everyone at the Holmes team. Sean was attentive and took the time to get to know my family’s needs. As first time home buyers, we were nervous and he quickly eased our worries with his thoughtfulness, warm personality, and experience. He was there each step of the way answering any question we had until he found us our dream place, (which btw with his help didn’t take long at all.) I highly recommend the Holmes team and will be using them in the future.
