Was selling our house in Calhoun recently ... The buyers agent was Hannah Pate. During the inspection, we found out a pump had went out on the septic and had a few other misc issues. We were selling the house 'as is' ... But we're going to replace the pump ect. Hannah took it upon herself to contact the environmental agency in Calhoun, contact the septic company ; ect.
