Excellent Support. I have been working with Stewart and his team for over 30 years. First in the purchase of the property, second as the agent to manage the property as a rental, and great assistance in a refurbishment done 10 years ago, and now in the sale of the property. Extremely disappointing experience with this real estate agency. They appear to be solely focused on protecting the landlord’s interests, while completely disregarding the tenant’s rights, concerns and feelings. The way they handled the situation was unfair and showed very little consideration for the tenant. I would strongly encourage anyone looking to rent through this agency to think carefully and be fully aware of what they may be dealing with. Very disappointing experience overall.
