The Bay Ridge Store needs better management. Better signs. VIP need NOT to take on non-VIP customers and make VIP customers wait!!! Called Corporate and it takes forever to get someone to call back.

During the Christmas rush you out the stupidest system in place . Why is it that the cashiers are either talking cash only or debit / cc . There is a line 20 deep with cashiers standing around because they have nothing to do because customers are paying with either Or. Let all the. Cashiers accept all monies an charges and maybe you won't have such long lines.
My family enjoyed shopping here. It was convenient from where our wonderful Airbnb was. :)
