The service is unacceptable. I picked up sunglasses and asked about a case. The girl told me to pay first. When I returned with the receipt, she (and her coworkers) told me they didn't have Valentino cases. I can't understand why did she make waste my time running to the cashier and back. I'm not even sure I'll get the full reimbursement, because along with a card, I used my rewards to pay for my purchase. Then my cousin applied and got approved for a card, while standing in line.
