Horrible experience. Made an offer on a listing of theirs and NEVER got a response from agent. I sent a 2 page letter with offer explaining why I offered the amount I did. I understand buyer has the right to say NO or offer a counter offer. I honestly do not know if the offer was even presented to the offer as the agent has refused to call my agent back. Would never recommend this company. Very unprofessional
If this company calls me one more time, asking if I want to sell my house, I’m reporting to the BBB for harassment. I have asked & asked to remove me, but they keep on calling!
If you’re going to fish for people information and call them to see if they want to sell their homes, make sure you at least have the right home and the decent to stay on the line while the other person replies. I have the right to know where my information was located and then I was disconnected on. Attempted to callback with no answer. Not professional and would never use your company.
Century 21 Stopper, Lance Stopper, listed my condo in Myrtle Beach for sale. A buyer signed a contract on 8/30/19 and Lance Stopper failed to secure the Ernest money which allowed the buyer during the buyer breach of contract to bail and leave nothing. He didn't secure the Ernest money into Escrow within the contract deadlines so I terminated his services. He doesn't own his mistakes.
