Very disappointing!! This company is allowing their salesmen(realtors) to buy homes for people (contractors). I recently purchased a home from a sales person here. He bought a home for a client and the client did not completely renovate the home and they put it back on the market 3 months later. Of course i did not find this out until after the fact. I am selling my home with these people at the moment and they do not have one person apart of their team who is competent. Very unprofessional and non trustworthy! The realtor who does the scheduling, contacted me on Wednesday for a Thursday showing at 4:20pm. Unfortunately she actually sent someone to show my house on Wednesday (24hr early wrong day). Corrupt place. Beware. Take pictures of everything. They will try and cheat you out of your money
Do NOT rent the property at 1220 Cooper street in Farmington, NM. Even Century 21 can not and WILL NOT stand up against this owner and their petty/unjust charges and antics. If you think that going through a property management company will make renting easier, you'll be very disappointed if you rent 1220 Cooper.
I previously left a review on the facebook page for Nicole ******- Property Manager and she has deleted it - obviously hoping to keep valuable information from future clients. We have been living in a home she represents since October of 2018. We have had nothing but issues, major repairs needing made, etc. with NO resolve. Asked for a peaceful home to complete educational goals, couldn't even complete the job task with a list of must haves, ridiculous! Never again with this company! So knowledgeable about the areas, young growing families, the realtors I used very nice, but if you have a customer requesting a quiet neighborhood to accomplish educational goals and be at peace while doing so provide a home of the request, not a home that a fellow college student have to inform the buyer that the neighborhood homes aren't well insulated after the... read more
They are pretty disrespectful to their tenants, they don't have a handyman or service crew on staff and whenever something needs to be fixed, they seems to call the most questionable contractors for the job. Nothing they are doing is illegal, but much of what they are doing seems to be riding that line between legal obligations, and moral obligations.
