If you think that going through a property management company will make renting easier, you'll be very disappointed if you rent 1220 Cooper.
I previously left a review on the facebook page for Nicole ******- Property Manager and she has deleted it - obviously hoping to keep valuable information from future clients. We have been living in a home she represents since October of 2018. We have had nothing but issues, major repairs needing made, etc. with NO resolve.
