I had the displeasure of speaking with Larry Moore regarding a mutual client. During our conversation, I brought to his attention that the client was unaware of key details in the home-buying process which is a serious concern, considering the magnitude of this type of financial commitment. Bonnie represented the seller of a home my husband and I recently purchased. During the showing, the main bathroom sewage dripped into the basement causing a foul smell throughout the home. In our offer were requested this be corrected by a plumber. The seller stated they hadn’t experienced this before and agreed to correct the issue. Larry did some things right. He communicated well, for example. He was friendly and easy to talk to. When I requested professional photography, he said something like, "Let's give it a couple of weeks and see how it goes. If he doesn't sell by then, we can do that." 4-5 months went by, and it was never done. When I brought it up to him, he said that wouldn't help sell it. I did not like that response.
