Very disappointing!! This company is allowing their salesmen(realtors) to buy homes for people (contractors). I recently purchased a home from a sales person here. He bought a home for a client and the client did not completely renovate the home and they put it back on the market 3 months later. Of course i did not find this out until after the fact.
