Realtor who is a member of their team couldn’t take the time to respond to serious inquiries about a property. She ignored my messages on Zillow and directly to her company email. When I contacted the office, they could not even respond to my request to work with their office. After a week, the property was gone. A good realtor would at least respond saying that the property was no longer available. Do better! Buyer beware!

I would never Trust Chasity Richard's. I met her at a BNI meeting. She pretended to be my friend. So she hired my company to clean & treat her roof. We provided services but once it came time to pay for our services she went from being friendly to attacking me about our Treatment & Process. So she decided she wasn't going to pay for our services. If you want a real estate agent in the Charles Town and surrounding areas in WV, you MUST ask for Tawny Zuniga!! She is professional, personable and will help in any way. When we moved from Maryland she was extremely helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend!!
