If I could give them a 0 I would. They are so unprofessional it borders on chaos. We sold our apartment almost 2 years ago and they have yet to take us off the call box. We live in another state and we get calls all throughout the night. It's HARASSMENT at this point
I wish 0 stars was an option. I own a unit managed by this company. Not only is the building basically falling apart, the maintenance fees are unnecessarily high, and there is a fire hazard in the storage area. I have reported it and after speaking with the management company once, am unable to get a hold of anyone or have any of my calls returned.
