DO NOT RENT FROM THIS GOD AWFUL COMPANY. Upon move in the house was not painted and had so much mold and many other damages. Before me moved out we did everything we could to make sure inspections were done and the house was spotless, even when upon move in this place was disgusting. We were charged nearly 400$ for a maid to clean the kitchen and rooms when everything was spotless.
