The agent Hamza Mabrouk,, informed my agent that he was coming to see my home in Sacramento . After getting it ready and left the house with my family, he did not show up or inform my agent that he no longer can make it. An agent who is no call no show is a joke in his profession. Poor professional conducts. I will avoid this agent and his company.
