Rude and unprofessional experience. Don't bother hiring the "professionals" they recommend for cleaning the house interior, yard cleanup, or carpet before move out because they still outrageously charge you. Do not recommend this company to anyone.
No star should be given. Also he is NOT a Century 21 agent, he is fraudulently using this. He should not be listed as an agent of Century 21. Confirmed by corporate Century 21. Be HAPPY and go somewhere else to rent, as I wrote in an earlier post. Headache on top of headaches with this UN professional so called team. repairs are the same work over and over, their repair guy is a ripoff. My goodness, where do I start? Leo is rude, unprofessional, and does not let you have any say with what happens with your house. Good thing about him, we had only one day where there were NOT renters and we used him for 5 years. Bad news: he doesn't take care of your house. I had to schedule the painting of the exterior because his painter didn't have time to give us a quote, he would just schedule the one he uses without doing any research/price comparisons. UNPROFESSIONAL-Borderline thievery- please read and trust all the poor reviews of this company. Lived in house for 1 year! I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Not only was the house not ready when we moved in (and were told we could not move in later or the home would be leased to someone else) but upon move out items that were already there and not repaired we were charged for.
