I worked with Mr Frank Palmaccio to rent a two-bedroom top floor apartment. During the tour of the apartment, i asked Mr Palmaccio multiple times if there were any issues concerning noise. I was informed by him that there was no noise issues with the apartment and that the building was “a very quiet building”.
