Horrible rental experience. I will BBB to make sure this business will not operate like this going forward. We paid 350 dollars for cleaning before we moved in and when we moved in the house and carpets were filthy to a point that I need to have it cleaned and paid for. Then when we moved out they charge us once again for the carpet cleaning. The house had a bee infestation two years before we moved in based on the HOA fines and neighborhoods. You always address issues with the rental right away. Even when I am not available to give approvals.
I highly recommend Rodica Bartels, she is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. She had managed the rental home we just sold for over three years. She and her staff always kept us informed when there was a issue with the property or tenants she always had options or a solution. He staff is very professional, they do not nickel and dime you for management fees and her vendors are fair priced and do good work.
