Very disappointed with this company. I have been renting one of their properties for the past 11 months, and unfortunately, during that time I have had to deal with numerous issues in the home without receiving adequate support. I have even paid for several repairs out of my own pocket and never requested reimbursement. Yesterday, the AC motor burned out. We feel we were very Blessed to have found Angela and her son Steven, (the mother and son team)!! They met every expectation we had, plus !!! They are both very highly knowledgable in their field and they will go out of their way to help! They are very ethical and stay in the guidelines, we had 100% trust in them! We felt and knew they really cared and were really there to help us!
Angela did a great job selling my house. I used 2 other realtors over 2 years and they couldn't sell my house. Angela was honest, fair and knowlegeable of the area. I enjoyed working with her, she made everything easy.
Terrible management company. Wouldn't recommend them to my enemies. Extremely slow to make repairs and not very responsive to concerns. Will find every way possible to keep your deposit. Thanks for nothing Sharon
