Century 21 Northwest has been wonderful. The onboarding process going forward for our tenants and us, as landlords, was simple yet thorough and complete. Good company always fixes any repairs and accommodating. They strive to have long term tenants. Honest and trustworthy. As any business there are flaws: property manager changes without anyone notifying we have a new manager. Other than that, I hope to rent with them indefinitely.

This is the second time this realtor has left an old abandoned mattress from the house she can't seem to be able to sell on the side where it inevitably ends up on the sidewalk blocking the path completely. The last one sat there for almost 2 months before it was collected. This is very unprofessional and makes our neighborhood look bad. Edit: It is not a common dumping ground at all I've been in this neighborhood for 5 years walk that path multiple times a day/night it's just not true.
Very disappointed with this company. I have been renting one of their properties for the past 11 months, and unfortunately, during that time I have had to deal with numerous issues in the home without receiving adequate support. I have even paid for several repairs out of my own pocket and never requested reimbursement. Yesterday, the AC motor burned out.
