Cheryl, I'm not quite sure what the motivation is to delete the previous comment, and post a new one 10 months after the fact is. I stand by my previous comment. Corrinne has a good reputation too, with excellent references, and generates business by word of mouth. You are correct in the fact that realtor can hire and fire vendors of their choice. My wife did some maintenance work for Carmen Mihai - Lazar and her company totemln llc , Carmen not only did not pay her the agreed upon price, she added additional work after their agreement and then complained it took too long. She also belittled my wife. I would under no circumstances have any dealings with this woman. Two of the five star reviews of this Century 21 affiliate are actually employees. Their name is Vancleef.
