We had a property manager affiliated with Century 21 Gold. The landlord wouldn't fix the leaking roof until months after a light diffuser fell down and cover me and my bed with water. We had to run around putting down buckets. We also had a gas oven that wouldn't light for more than a year. After the building was sold we finally got a used gas range. We were tenants there for 15 years before Century 21 and they never had an issue with non-payment of rent.
Okay ya'll. I finally have a minute too sit down and explain my experience with A1-Property Management. Candee is great to work with and would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. She is very kind, courteous, and understanding. She will put her clients needs ahead of hers and she is very persistent. She had our house sold within a week at 99% of asking price. 10/10 Definitely recommend her.

Jim Gamble is the MOST unethical realtor I have ever come in contact with. No communication, never received a copy of a offer, would never update me with what was happening with the process of the sell, I sent signed forms back on 9/5 for them to send the 200.00 escrow money ( again that wasn’t discussed with me as the seller) in which I’m still waiting for, and has place a mechanical lien against my property because the buyer had to have certain things done for the loan and then backed out from buying.
