Jim (James Perry) was absolutely amazing in getting our house sold, and truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend military families looking to PCS (or even ETS) work with Jim. He handled absolutely everything, from getting in touch with local resources to get the house listed, all the way to closing, as well as finding and utilizing amazing programs to help in our situation. Not to mention he did all of this while I was out of state (the entire time)!

Tamara Smilanich is the agent I went through and I would not recommend based on my experience tonight. She wasted days of my time. I had to cancel an appointment for a virtual tour which wasn’t a problem until the virtual tour never happened. She suggested I put an offer on a home with no inspection at full price. She went to a place to do a virtual tour and then her phone wouldn’t let her because it’s android and I have iPhone. Her advice was she could describe it for me. What?
