Rod was attentive and patient with us on what was nearly a three year journey to find the right property! As an out of town client, it was particularly challenging for him because of additional leg work in visiting and examining prospective purchases on our behalf. I have worked as the Branch Operations Manager at this location for 1 yr. It is a wonderful place to work. Kelly is one of the best Branch Leaders I have worked with and know! C21NM provides agents with so many Tools & Systems to make them successful. Agents…if you’re looking to move to a new company, definitely give Kelly a call for an interview! The brokers and staff are also extremely helpful and always willing to help.
Wouldn’t recommend dealing with this brokerage in any capacity. If you are an agent you should know they offer no Broker support, instead they scold their agents based on hearsay. They are GREEDY! They expect you to pay them before they you can even get around to getting paid. They have so many hidden; unscrupulous fees! The “broker” Kyle Crawford is a rude, unsightly weirdo!
