If you've ever heard the term "slumlord" then you should be familiar with how this company operates. Absolutely disgusting living conditions and once they get your money and get you in, they will act like you are insane for expecting basic decency and a functional, sanitary place to live, and then they will threaten you with thousands of dollars in fees that are not included in your lease if you try to break the lease early because of how disgusting and dangerous to your health everything is. This place just opened at 9:00 AM today. I called to ask about how to send the checklist paper in but a receptionist (Wilma) rudely rushed me intentionally and lied about having another call on the line. So unprofessional to not patiently answered all your customer answers and did not have any professional manners as well. If you don’t like your job (Wilma), then work somewhere else.
They took care of my rental and when the tenants left I had to call them because my neighbor called me grass was knee high , they had been breeding cats in my house and left it a mess. This has been several years ago and still owe me money. I WOULD PLEA WITH ANYONE THINKING ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY...D..O..N..T!!!!
