Not even worth one star! By far the worst experience my family has had with reality companies! I would stay clear of this entire organization as I have attempted to bring my concerns to the top gentlemen with no response. It is vaguely clear, they do NOT care about renters!
If I could give Zero stars I would. These people are by far the worst company to deal with and our last rental company would just show up unannounced. Things in the house that were broken were never fixed because the owner doesn't like to spend money on anything, she only likes to take all your money. Century 21 Nachman has given me one of the worst renting experiences I have ever endured. Meagan Smith is one of the worst property managers I have ever had the pleasure of not knowing nor meeting because she never answer her phone, returns calls or even shows up. You are a day late they will charge u 10% of your rent and for some that percentage is in the hundreds but they have yet to finish repairs in my rental and never even painted the walls.
