Over the past few months I have had the pleasure to work with Kathleen and Ray Medlin, along with other agents with Century 21 Mountain Vistas as a photographer. Each are such a pleasure to work with and I am honored to work with such a great team. I appreciate you all very much!!
Working with Kathleen was a wonderful experience. She helped fulfill our dream of owning a cabin in the mountains. Kathleen is extremely knowledgeable about Boone and the surrounding areas. She gave us great advice on finding the right place. Kathleen kept informed during every step in the process. I would highly recommend Kathleen to anyone looking to buy real estate in the High Country!
We were very, very pleased with every part of the working relationship with Kathleen Medlin. Her excellent knowledge of the market, creative approach to selling a difficult property and overall customer service exceeded our expectations. We felt very well served in every step of the process.
