New tenant was in my home for two months and I had not received rent for eighteen days. When I called the office, they were clueless. When they went to the house, they learned the tenant had moved out one month earlier and had left the place a mess. Absolutely awful experience. Put a convicted drug trafficker in my home who within months failed to pay rent. The Property Manager that made the placement was earlier terminated along with another employee for doing drugs in the office. The owner, Doug Maselle stated if you are unhappy with our company then we don't need you and left me with a convicted felon in my house.

The Property Manager that made the placement was earlier terminated along with another employee for doing drugs in the office. Had another home rented by Century 21 Doug Maselle. This time after only two months of having the tenant move in she was 20 days late on the rent. I did not hear nothing from Maselle so I called and they were clueless, did not send out a three day notice for failure to pay rent and said they would drive out to the residence. When they did drive out we learned the tenant abandoned the home some 30 days prior. The excuse from Doug was my property manager was terminated for drug use in the office.
