Cheryl Charnell came to my house asking to take a Picture of my home for some insurance updates with my insurance company. She lied she was hired by the bank who durning Covid tried to take my home from me. This bank would not at all work with me to refinance at the time and I had a surprise Balloon payoff on my loan I did not remember about and have never refinanced in the 20 years of owning my home..
