I only gave it one star because I actually got a return call once. I saw four homes online I was interested in and made the trip with my parents to Gatlinburg. Called Saturday morning to try to get to see the houses. I was told two sold but could most likely see the others Sunday. It's now Monday late afternoon and nothing. This has been the most unprofessional treatment I have seen from anyone who works off commission.
