The process after you apply is awful. If you pay for your application and are not approved for the house you want to rent, they do not work with you afterwards. They don't even follow up with you on other home choices. Waste of money to apply.
We rented a house from Larry Miller, and it was not what it appeared to be at first glance. The house we moved into had not been cleaned or maintained by anyone. The trim throughout the house was extremely dinged and scratched, every drawer in the house was disgusting, there were lots of items left in the kitchen cupboards, old combs and LOTS of hair left in the bathroom for us to clean out, the bathtub spewed rust out of the overflow drain, the corners were full of cobwebs, and there was a trail of teenage kids walking to s... read more
