We had an unfortunate experience with Paul Lapierre on the Buyers side of our transaction. We sold our place in Dallas and Paul was the buyer's agent. While we had a 2% agent fee in our agreement, Paul came back to our agent stating he mandated 3% to get the deal done with the buyer. We were pressured to update the deal to 3% or we would lose the buyer. I dont believe this is the intent of the BAC agreeement. Run away! Miranda Peyreda represented the buyer for our house sale in August 2022 in Flower Mound TX. This was not a small sale. She was horrendous. My wife and I were in real estate for years, and we have bought and sold many houses and have never seen a worse performance by a Realtor. She acted like she was selling a foreclosed mobile home.
