We have been listed with Hi-Alta since September 11 and we have yet to show the house. There hasn't been one agent come here to see what they are trying to sell. We haven't seen our listing agent since signing the contract. I feel like they are just waiting for another agency to sell so they can collect the 3% and get it over with.
