All my emails are being return and not deliver. I left a message as well on your voice mail box since no one has picked up the phone. You guys can't charging me for a missing screen charge me $186 for a screen that was not put in by their maintenance guy. The window was fix by your vendor and never put it back on. Look back at my maintenance order the window was broken and they fixed it. No screen was attached to it.
