I currently rent a home from Drew Crawford , and he knew the homes floor was in terrible condition and proceeded to take our deposit and rent. After complaining for months my son fell through the floor ! Then he finally sent someone, and I think thank you , just to find out it was a none licensed handyman! The handyman cut a giant hole in the kitchen floor and cover it with ply wood no tile or linoleum flooring. It’s currently still in the same condition.
