Do not by a home the Bill Law is selling. This man sold me a home for my son and I to live in. It was his former rental property. A rental property that he claimed on the LEGAL SELLERS DISCLOSURE that he knew nothing was wrong with it. Bill purchased a warranty with the sale of the home for me and I was like... oh that's amazing.... but upon speaking to a former tenant I learned this man was an ABSOLUTE SLUM LORD.
