Don’t EVER do business with this agency. I put an offer on a house that was being sold by Guardian Real Estate Services. The agent contacted my realtor stating that the sellers accepted the offer and to draw up the purchase agreement. The purchase agreement was drawn up and I signed it. Hours later the agent from Guardian called my realtor and told him there was a cash offer that was accepted and that the house was sold. If you want someone who is going to be honest and have your back throughout the whole process, these are the realtors for you!!! Great for veterans and just nice people all around!! Highly recommend
