Agent Jessy Murphy Century21 was not working for sellers best interest. She insisted buyers want color in their walls, not a white clean wall. Made bad choices; kept fretting about the low sales price as if a 1/2 acre property in a much desired area might not sell. ? She did not collect offers as is today's practice and did not hold an Open House to get multiple offers. Beware.
