We had some problems with the first realtor we had but after talking to the broker she changed realtors for us and gave us Jim. Jim has been the absolute best and we both would take him as an adoptive grandfather any day. We are first time home buyers and he looked out for us and made sure everything got handled right away. He will also answer you back even if its 9pm and hes awake, im pretty sure he even fixed a problem for us on the 4th of July which I was not expecting.
