We had a property manager affiliated with Century 21 Gold. The landlord wouldn't fix the leaking roof until months after a light diffuser fell down and cover me and my bed with water. We had to run around putting down buckets. We also had a gas oven that wouldn't light for more than a year. After the building was sold we finally got a used gas range. We were tenants there for 15 years before Century 21 and they never had an issue with non-payment of rent.

Would def recommend using century 21! Met with chris leader to show me some houses and he was over the top amazing. Answered any and all questions I had and was very patient with me since I cant walk that great. It really made this whole process so much easier.

Also your professionalism is something you don't see in businesses anymore. Thank you for having patience as I showed my mom the home. After looking over everything and speaking with you again I look forward to moving into our new home.

After seeing your agent, Chris Leaders inappropriate posts highlighting on the misfortune of others, i would like you to know i have made up my mind; i will not be using century 21 i will be now be using Remax to buy my next home. Next time, i suggest you consider the character of the agents your hire.
