Very unprofessional! Susan Oakley is very rude and is very careless among their tenants with this property management company. You can't even have a normal conversation with her without her raising her voice. I work in a property management real estate firm also and know how the process is with tenants and you do not treat them with disrespect, especially when they have told you of their disability.
Michelle Ross has been my property manager as well as my realtor since 2019. She has been absolutely fantastic since our first meeting. Not only is she professional & knowledgeable, but she is kind & compassionate. She has consistently made sure the tenants were well taken care of as well as making sure I was kept up to date on everything that went on. When I reached out to inform her that I was a tenant of a property she had sold, her response left me feeling belittled and degraded.
