Do not do business with these people especially Todd Sterling. I lived in one of his rentals for almost 5 years never missed rent once. Gave my 60 days when my family an I moved out. The house was top to bottom cleaned but because I didn't take pictures they lied an said we left the house in shambles. They do this to all of thier tenants when you move out if you ask for your deposit back they Sue you. I'm a current renter from one of their properties and they are very good people and work fast if they're any problems at their properties.
By far the most unprofessional realtor we’ve ever worked with. She was the seller’s realtor VA Repo sale. We’ve filed a formal complaint with both the Veterans Assistants office as well as the Kansas Board of Realtors.
Very Rude when I spoke with her on the phone. **Update…now that I’ve thought about it (the past week or so) she might not have been rude. I may have misinterpreted the communication. Other cultures are often blunt which to American society can come off as rude.
